The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our prestige dealer, based around the outskirts of Bristol. Working as part of a team, reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

Submitting of warranty claims to manufacturers

Answering and solving warranty related claims via phone and email

Processing goodwill claims

Proof reading and amending Technicians technical reports

The Package:

£24,000 Basic Salary + £1-2k quarterly bonus (Company performance related). Rising after successful probation – Depending on experience + Fantastic company benefits - Monday to Friday flexible hours - 7:30 - 4:00 or 8:00 - 4:30. 23 days holiday, fantastic working environment.
