Valeter & Vehicle Detailer - Dorking

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a high-end used car specialist based in Dorking, who are seeking an experienced and passionate Vehicle Detailer to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of prestige and performance vehicles, ensuring each car is prepared and presented to an exceptional standard prior to sale and customer handover.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Full valeting and detailing of vehicles for sale and customer collection.

Paint correction and machine polishing (rotary and DA).

Interior deep cleaning and high-quality finishing.

Maintaining a clean, organised valeting bay and ensuring stock levels of materials are managed.

Supporting the wider sales team to ensure vehicles are presented immaculately at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous professional valeting or detailing experience (essential).

Strong knowledge of machine polishing, paint correction, and finishing techniques.

Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing outstanding results.

A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach.

A Full UK Driving Licence (mandatory).

The Package:

Up to £35,000 Basic Salary (depending on experience). 

5-day working week. Overtime available.
