Progress Coordinator - Outskirts Of Southampton

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an established car dealership based around the outskirts of Southampton, Hampshire. Our client is seeking to add an experienced Progress Coordinator to their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Working alongside the Aftersales Manager to ensure smooth transition for all customers visiting the dealership.

Progress chase vehicles through the workshop to ensure repair/servicing work is completed.

Car park organisation, ensuring customers are dealt with in busy periods.

General department organisation and administration support for the line manager.

**Organisation, sense for urgency and attention to detail are key attributes for this position**

The Package:

Basic salary up to £29,741.

Monday - Friday 7:30am-17:30pm no weekends.
