Service Manager - Outskirts of Loughborough

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join an established used car dealership group, based on the outskirts of Loughborough.

Our client is offering an excellent opportunity to lead a successful aftersales department within a progressive and customer-focused business, offering strong earning potential and a great opportunity for someone to establish themselves as a Service Manager.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Oversee the daily running of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and workshop operations.

Drive department performance through effective management of productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Lead, motivate, and develop the service and workshop teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Monitor KPIs, departmental budgets, and performance reports to ensure targets are met.

Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction & retention.

Work closely with senior management to implement strategies that maximise aftersales revenue and operational efficiency.

The Package:

Up to £40,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car & other great company benefits.

Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 6:00pm.

Saturdays - 1 in 2 (half day).
