Service Advisor - Poole

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join an established motor trade business, based in Poole. Our client is a premium brand dealership with an exceptional management team and a strong reputation for delivering high levels of customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and customer-focused individual with previous experience within the automotive aftersales sector, looking to join a supportive and successful team environment.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Act as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

Manage service bookings and coordinate with the workshop to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround.

Accurately record customer requirements and provide clear updates throughout the repair or service process.

Prepare job cards and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.

Advise customers on additional work required, including upselling service and maintenance items where appropriate.

Liaise with technicians and workshop controllers to ensure work is completed to a high standard and on time.

Maintain accurate customer records and service history using the dealership CRM system.

Provide outstanding customer service to build strong relationships and encourage repeat business.

The Package:

Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 (experience dependent) with an OTE of £40,000+ Uncapped!!!

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
2 Saturdays on, 5 Saturdays off (Half day)
