Vehicle Technician - Petersfield

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established, independently operated service centre located near Petersfield.

Our client is offering the opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking and reputable business, working within a stable team environment with optional ongoing training and development available.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Carry out diagnostic testing using the latest equipment and technology

Complete routine servicing as well as more complex mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles

Perform brake checks and safety inspections to a high standard, with the opportunity to train and qualify to carry out MOTs in the future

Diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical faults

Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring vehicles remain safe and reliable

Maintain accurate service records and relevant documentation

Demonstrate proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic

Hold relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

Package:

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 Basic (Depending on Experience)

Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 5:00pm

1 in 4 Saturday Mornings – 8:30am – 12:00pm
