The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established, independently run and owned business located in Park Gate. Our client is eager to add an experienced Service Receptionist/Administrator to their team. A superb, varied Monday to Friday offering.

Responsibilities: 

Welcoming customers and booking vehicles in for repair.

Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries.

Updating job cards and customer records.

Liaising with technicians, insurers and suppliers.

General administrative duties to support the workshop.

The Package:

Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm

£28,000 - £32,000 basic (Experience Dependent).
