Aftersales Manager - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join an established main dealer group, based in the Southampton area.

Our client is offering an excellent opportunity to lead a successful aftersales department within a progressive and customer-focused business, offering strong earning potential and a great work-life balance with no weekend working.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Oversee the daily running of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and workshop operations.

Drive department performance through effective management of productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Lead, motivate, and develop the service and workshop teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Monitor KPIs, departmental budgets, and performance reports to ensure targets are met.

Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, retention, and manufacturer compliance.

Work closely with senior management to implement strategies that maximise aftersales revenue and operational efficiency.

The Package:

£45,000 Basic – £55,000 OTE + Company Car & other great company benefits

Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 6:00pm.

No Weekends.
