Vehicle Technician &/Or MOT Tester - Wallingford

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a valued client based in Wallingford, who are looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Technician &/Or MOT Tester to join their growing workshop team.

Opportunities are available across multiple levels, including Service Technicians, Vehicle Technicians, Master Technicians and MOT Tester. The salary will reflect this.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician &/Or MOT Tester:

Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards.

Diagnose faults and complete vehicle health checks to identify additional work.

Ensure all work is completed efficiently, to a high standard, and documented accurately.

Previous experience within a dealership or independent garage environment is advantageous.

A valid UK driving licence is essential.

The Package:

Up to £45,000 basic salary depending on experience + bonus and overtime opportunities. Realistic and achievable OTE of £50,000.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-17:30pm.

No weekends.

Modern workshop facilities with up-to-date diagnostic equipment.

Supportive team environment within a well-established independent workshop.
