Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Business Administrator to join an established, family run business located around the outskirts of Havant. This position serves as a permanent opportunity for someone to join a stable team, providing essential administrative support to the business operations, on a full or part time basis!
Responsibilities of a Business Administrator:
Prepare and organise deal files and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems and filing structures.
Raise schedules and administrative documents required for internal processes.
Manage electronic and physical filing systems to ensure documents are stored and accessible.
Provide general administrative support to the operations and sales teams.
Handle incoming emails, calls, and internal enquiries in a professional manner.
Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and internal records.
Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to support administrative processes.
Ensure documentation is processed accurately and in line with company procedures.
Support the team with general office administration tasks as required.
The Package:
Basic salary - £28,000 - £32,000 (Experience Dependent)
Full or part time.
Monday to Friday – 8:30am-5:30pm
