Service Reception Advisor - Hedge End

The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Reception Advisor to join an established franchise car dealership, based around the outskirts of Southampton.

Our client is seeking an experienced motor trade individual to take on their role of Service Reception Advisor, offering realistic progression opportunities into a supervisor level position in the near future. 

Responsibilities:

To meet & greet your customers, & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements.

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity.

Stock control & Ordering of parts

Stocktaking

Identify and supply parts to a busy workshop

General parts duties

The Package:

£20,000 - £26,000 basic starting salary (experience dependant) + Up-selling commission potential.

Monday to Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm - One in two Saturday mornings
