The Role:
Silcom Recruitment currently require an experienced customer service advisor for an established franchise car dealership, based in and around the Fareham area. The role will work as part of a team and report into the Service Manager.

Current motor trade customer facing experience highly desired, but not essential.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Strong customer service experience. Face-to-face & telephone
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Package:
Basic Salary up to £26,760 (experience dependent) + Bonus (OTE Circa £32,000 - however uncapped!)
Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday rota - one in three - 8:00am - 12:30pm
