Service Advisor - Exeter

The Role:

Here at Silcom Recruitment, we are recruiting on behalf of an established business, located in Exeter. Our client is eager to add an experienced Service Advisor to their team. A superb offering, with a rare Monday to Friday working week, no weekends!

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Greet and check in customers for service and repair appointments.

Act as the main point of contact between the customer and workshop team.

Upsell additional services and repair work where appropriate.

Ensure accurate preparation of job cards and invoices.

Communicate progress updates to customers and handle queries efficiently.

Previous experience in a main dealer service advisor role is essential.

A full UK driving licence is required.

Package:

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience) 

On Target Earnings: £34,000 + Service Plans Paid @ £25.00 Per Plan (people in the business selling 20+ per month).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00, NO WEEKENDS!
