The Role:
We currently have the pleasure of aiding one of our largest clients in their search for an experienced Service Advisor to join an established main car dealership based in Chichester. This is a chance to be part of an experienced team reporting into the Aftersales Manager at a successful site.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Current or recent motor trade customer service experience or alike is key
Face-to-face & telephone customer service experience essential
To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Package:
Basic Salary £22,500 - £26,000 (experience dependent)
+ Great Bonus OTE £30,000 per annum
Monday to Friday - 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturdays (1-3 or 1-4) 8:30am – 12:30pm
