Service Advisor - Burntwood

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Service Advisor for an established franchise car dealership group, based in the Burntwood area.

Our client is an established car dealership group who specialise in the sale and service of new and used vehicles. Due to continued success, they now seek an experienced Service Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles

Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly

Package:

£23,500 - Basic Salary (Experience Dependent) + Bonus £28,000 OTE

8:00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Alternate Saturday’s.
