Senior Service Advisor - Basingstoke

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting a top client of ours, with the hire of an experienced Senior Service Advisor, tasked with leading a team of Service Advisor’s. This is a superb progression opportunity for an accomplished Service Advisor seeking that next step.

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:

Our ideal Senior Service Advisor will be responsible for the following:

Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.

Offer support and strong management to the wider service team.

Assist in supporting the Aftersales Manager in the day to day running of the service operations, ensuring the key targets of the franchise are achieved.

The Package: 

Starting salary of £28,000 (experience dependent)

OTE: £35,000

Company Car (No fuel)

Monday to Friday 08:00am - 18:00pm

Saturday’s 1-3 – 08:30am – 12:30pm
