




The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is delighted to have been approached by an established motor trade dealership based in Worcester. Our client seeks an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Working as part of a team, reporting to the company Dealership Accountant, this is a great opportunity to join an established, thriving business.
Responsibilities:
In this position you will have responsibility for handling all of the administration functions of the sales department.
The role includes:
Assisting the Sales Manager in all sales administration tasks.
Creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.
Maintaining the new and used car stock records accurately.
Invoicing and working closely with the accounts department.
Taxing vehicles and AFRL compliance and ensuring all paperwork is complete prior to delivery.
The Package:
£20,000 - £25,000 Dependant on experience
Hours of work: 8:30-17:00 Monday to Friday.
