The Role:
We are excited to collaborate with a reputable dealership currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their expanding team located in Worthing. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the automotive sector, a strong ambition for career progression, and the ability to work seamlessly within the aftersales team.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
Provide assistance to customers in identifying their precise automotive part requirements.
Offer recommendations for suitable automotive parts based on customer needs and vehicle specifications.
Process orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring prompt delivery of automotive parts.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the automotive parts inventory, including availability, compatibility, and pricing.
Collaborate closely with team members to facilitate smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Package:
Basic Salary: £26,000 + OTE of up to £29,000!!!
Hours: Monday – Friday [7:30am – 5:30pm]!!
(1-in-2) Saturdays [8:30am – 12:30pm] paid as overtime!!
Profit share bonus scheme which is a percentage of gross profit for the Parts Department.
