Parts Advisor - Wimborne

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are seeking an Apprentice Parts Advisor and a qualified Parts Advisor to join our prestigious client based in Wimborne.

[Current motor trade service / parts experience preferred but not essential. Will consider an individual with a similar service or parts / warehouse background].

As an apprentice, you will be afforded full and on-going franchise training and the opportunity to build a career.

Responsibilities & Requirements of an Apprentice Parts Advisor & Parts Advisor:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock and taking inventory

Providing quotations to clients both in person and over the phone

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of car parts and warehouse/stockroom sourcing

Automotive system experience highly desired

Package:

Salary: £16,500 to £30,000 Basic (experience dependent)

Hours: [Full-Time] Monday–Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

**Overtime & Saturday work available, but is not a contracted requirement**
