Parts Advisor - Outskirts Of Southampton

The Role:

One of our top clients at Silcom Recruitment have given us the opportunity to assist them in their search for an experienced Parts Advisor to join an established team based around the outskirts of Southampton.

[Current motor trade parts experience preferred but not essential]

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock and taking inventory

Providing quotations to clients both in person and over the phone

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of car parts and warehouse/stockroom sourcing

Automotive system experience highly desired

Package:

Salary: £20,000 to £27,500 Basic Salary (experience dependant)

Bonus: £5,000+ (OTE £32,500 per annum)

Hours: [Full-Time] Monday–Friday / 8:00am - 6:00pm

Plus, only 1-in-6 Saturdays / 8:00am - 12:00pm
