The Role

Based in Newbury, this dealership represents a premium, recognisable brand and offers genuine career progression for the right individual.

Responsibilities & Requirements Of A Parts Advisor:

Handling parts enquiries - face-to-face, over the phone, and via email

Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently for both retail and trade customers

Maintaining stock levels and completing regular inventory checks

Working closely with the workshop to ensure timely delivery of parts

Offering excellent customer service and product advice

Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role or similar within the motor trade (essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confident IT skills and familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)

A customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Package

£27,000 basic salary (potentially negotiable)

£33,000 on-target earnings

Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am – 6:00pm)

1 in 3 Saturdays (morning hours)
