The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently recruiting for a parts advisor with a great client of ours in the Horsham area. The ideal candidate for the Part Advisor role will need to have experience within the automotive industry, in the aftersales department.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
Assisting the Parts Sales team by conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation activity to deliver warm, qualified sales leads into the business.
Contacting customers by telephone/email to review their current orders and focus on retaining them as customers.
Managing inbound enquiries (telephone and digital/online) in a timely and effective manner, delivering the highest standards of customer satisfaction and customer service.
Maintaining a high level of current product, process and system knowledge to deliver the very best expertise and service for our customers and ensure repeat custom.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Knowledge and experience of the motor trade highly favoured.
Package:
£24,570 Basic Salary + Strong Bonus [£27,790 OTE]
Hours: (8:00am-5:30pm) Monday to Friday | 1-in-3 Saturday's (8:00am-12:30pm)
