





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are representing an amazing local client who seek an experienced Aftersales Administrator for an established, franchise car dealership, based in Portsmouth, the role will work as part of a close knit team and report into the Aftersales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Record vehicle detail and customer requirements accurately and effectively
Raise customer job packs in accordance with manufacturer requirements
Call customers and remind them of their booking 24 hours beforehand
Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department
Candidate Requirements:
Happy to speak with customers over the phone on a regular basis (This role is NOT customer facing)
Strong Customer Service & Administrative skills
Highly organised
Motor trade experience highly desired but not essential; An experienced Administrator OR motor trade Service Advisor who wants to come away from a customer facing role would be ideal for this position.
Package:
Hourly Rate - £9.50 per hour. Performance Bonus (to be discussed with line manager) + great company benefits.
Monday to Friday, no weekends - 20 hours per week and flexibility on how that is spread.
