





The Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of a client of ours based in Castle Bromwhich, seeking to add an Accounts and Sales Administrator to their business. Supporting the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
To complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from locating the vehicle through to invoicing, taxing and preparing the paperwork for delivery.
Check and maintain reports, including vehicle debtor report, demo stock report and monthly demo write-downs, on a timely basis.
New Car stock ordering and Management.
Purchase Ledger.
Sales Ledger.
Credit Control.
We are looking for someone with excellent variation in their experience who is looking for a position where they will be doing different tasks on a daily basis.
Our client will consider someone who needs training in certain areas of this role, but must have basic experience in either accounts or sales administration.
The Package:
Salary (experience dependant) between £15,000 - £18,000 + Fantastic company benefits. Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30 with 1 hour for lunch.
