Vehicle Sales Administrator - Grantham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade dealership group, with a site based around the outskirts of Grantham. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their existing team, this is a permanent position.

Reporting to the Dealership Accountant, the ideal Vehicle Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following: 

Responsibilities:

Process and monitoring all new and used car sales administration on the company’s DMS (CDK)

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Taxing of vehicles

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

The Package:

£18,000 - £21,500 starting salary - Dependant on experience

Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
