




The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are supporting our established and respected client with the hire of a Vehicle Administrator, based in Eastleigh and working within a superb environment, with a friendly and experienced team.
Main Responsibilities of a Vehicle Administrator:
Provide excellent support and administration services to the sales department.
Process and monitoring all new and used vehicle sales on the company’s DMS.
Taxing of vehicles.
Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month.
Liaising with Sales Managers.
Checking for any vehicle recalls and addressing them as necessary.
Updating checklists and records related to vehicle deals.
Managing vehicle payment statuses.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and distributing it to relevant departments.
Providing support to the finance team as needed.
Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management to contribute to the company's objectives.
The Package:
Salary - £24,000 - £26,000 (Dependent on experience)
Monday to Friday – 37.5 hour week with flexibility
20 days holiday + bank holidays
