





The Role:
We are working with a reputable and well-established motor trade group based in the Bristol area, currently seeking to recruit a Contact Centre Advisor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and customer-focused environment where you'll be the first point of contact for service-related enquiries. Working as part of a busy aftersales support team, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth and positive experience to customers, all while helping to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities Of A Conact Centre Advisor:
Handling inbound and outbound calls to support service bookings and aftersales activity
Booking customer vehicles for servicing, MOTs, and repairs
Following up with customers as part of ongoing marketing and retention campaigns
Updating internal CRM systems and customer records accurately
Providing a friendly, professional, and helpful service across all customer interactions
Resolving customer issues and queries efficiently and courteously
Supporting the wider dealership network and working collaboratively across departments
About You:
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Strong organisational and communication abilities
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a self-motivated approach
Confident using Microsoft Office and in-house CRM systems
Previous experience in a contact centre, motor trade, or dealership environment is desirable but not essential – full training provided
Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Package:
£26,000 to £28,000 with a £30,000 OTE!
Monday to Friday working pattern – 8:00am to 6:00pm
Staggered shift pattern across the week to support work-life balance, for example start at 9:00am or finish at 4:30pm, as long as your contracted hours are achieved.
