Service & Warranty Advisor - Portsmouth

The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a long standing client of ours based in Portsmouth who are looking to add a Service & Warranty Advisor to join their aftersales department, you will be responsible for the following:

This vacancy will be a Hybrid role where the sucsessful candidate will spend 50% of thier time in a front desk advisory role & the other 50% looking after warranty.

Duties will include:

To handle the customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently. 

Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.

You will be responsible for management, submission and reconciliation of vehicles warranty claims within the group.

Monitor daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports

Experience Required:

Motor trade experience is essential for this role

Kerridge or Pinnacle system experiece - highly desired.

Automotive workshop experience

The Package:

Salary up to £26,000 basic (experience dependant) with an OTE of £30,000 + as well as great company benefits.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00, Saturday Rota (1 in 2 or 3 weekends)
