We are recruiting on the behalf of a dealer network that operate throughout the UK, with a site in Brighton, they are seeking to add a Service Receptionist to their team. Supporting the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties will include:
Ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.
Welcoming customers into the business, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible, progress updates on their vehicle. You will also be responsible for allocating job cards, and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Our client is looking for an individual with previous face-to-face customer service experience - Ideally within a motor trade environment
The successful candidate will ideally have used the Kerridge system or a similar system.
The Package:
£25,000 basic salary depending on experience + Fantastic company benefits. Monday to Friday 8:00- 6:00 - Every other Saturday 7:30-1:00 paid at time and a half.
