The Role:

Silcom Recruitment have the pleasure once again of working with one of our distinguished clients. Assisting them in their acquisition of a new Service Manager to control the workshop and service team.

Our client seeks an individual who can ideally show experience of working and succeeding in an aftersales environment at management level (or similar).

If you're an established Service Advisor, Senior Technician, Service Manager or alike searching for an exciting new challenge, then we'd love to hear from you. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Current or recent automotive Senior Service, Workshop or Service Manager experience and alike

Experience of working within a main dealer or independent garage

Experience of team management essential 

Package:

£33,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary + Bonus [OTE - £40,000 per annum]

Monday to Friday / Full-Time + company vehicle
