





The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and customer focused Service Advisor to join a reputable and well established main dealer located in Rochdale. This role offers a fantastic chance to work Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday mornings, in a thriving dealership environment known for delivering manufacturer approved service and exceptional customer care.
In this position, you’ll be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop team, offering expert guidance and ensuring a seamless and efficient service journey. You’ll thrive in a fast paced, customer first setting, supporting both new and loyal clients, while collaborating with a skilled and friendly team of technicians.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional and approachable manner, managing enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone.
Book vehicles in accurately for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repair work.
Provide clear and honest estimates, explaining work required in a way that builds trust.
Liaise with the workshop to monitor job progress and keep customers fully informed.
Handle invoicing, warranty claims, and service administration efficiently.
Maintain accurate and thorough service records.
Uphold excellent levels of customer satisfaction through consistent and high-quality service.
Experience & Skills:
Motor trade customer service experience is preferred, though not essential for candidates with strong customer service backgrounds.
Confident communicator with great organisational and multitasking skills.
An understanding of vehicle servicing, repair, or MOT processes is beneficial.
Comfortable working with dealer management or service booking systems.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
Package & Benefits:
Basic salary: £25,282 per annum
On Target Earnings: Up to £35,000.00 per annum - UNCAPPED!
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30. Every other Saturday 08:30 – 13:00.
