The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade dealership group based in Portsmouth. Our client is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join their established team.
As a Service Advisor, you play a crucial role within our service team, overseeing the seamless and customer-oriented service process.
Our client is in search of an individual with customer service experience. While prior experience in the motor trade industry is not mandatory, candidates from all backgrounds with customer service expertise are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Act as the adept liaison between our valued customers and the workshop and perform a thorough check-in of the vehicle, reviewing customer and vehicle data.
Engaging directly with customers empowers you to significantly influence their satisfaction, culminating in the triumph of our aftersales operation.
Perform visual inspections and rapid tests to evaluate the vehicle's condition.
Supervise the repair progress and arrange for supplementary repair services when necessary.
Responsible for job packs and associated documentation.
Motor trade service advisor experience required (but not essential), diary/time management and use of multiple IT software systems required.
Salary:
Basic salary: £25,000 + OTE of up to £35,000!
Monday to Friday: 08:30am – 6:00pm.
Saturday {1in4}: 08:30am – 12:30pm.
