The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Service Advisor for an established franchise car dealer, based around the outskirts of Southampton. 

Due to continued success, our client now seek an experienced Service Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis. 

Current motor trade and Kerridge experience preferred. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles

Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly

Package:

£23,000-£25,000 Basic Salary (Experience Dependent) + Bonus

7:30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

8:00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

8:00am - 12.00pm Saturday’s. (One in two)
