Service Advisor - East Barnet

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership group, with a new and used  site based around the outskirts of East Barnet, North London. Our client is keen to add an experienced motor trade Service Advisor to their team, with at least two years’ main dealer experience, on a full time basis, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties will include:

To meet & greet your customers, & clarify their Service, MOT and/or repair requirements.

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.

Management of work through the workshop.

To up-sell products & Service Plans, handle objections and record sales activity.

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles.

Experience Required:

You will currently be working within a similar position, with ideally a minimum of 2 years’ main dealer experience.

Prior experience in a customer service advisor based role.

Motor Trade experience is essential.

Kerridge system experience desired.

Excellent communication skills.

Team player with a flexible attitude; is willing to ensure customer satisfaction

You need to hold a full driving licence.

The Package:

£24,000 Basic Salary, rising to £26,000 after becoming accredited. Realistic OTE of £32,000 

Hours Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00, Saturday 08:30 - 13:00 (1 in 2 weekends)
