Service Administrator - Swindon

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing motor trade dealership in Swindon, seeking a motivated and organised Service Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a better work-life balance, with Monday to Friday, 8:00am -5:00pm (1-hour lunch) and no weekend work.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring service bookings and maintenance requests are managed efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining regular communication and building long-term relationships.

Support the service team with administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and record keeping.

Previous experience in a service/after-sales administrative role within the motor trade is essential.

Excellent organisational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

The Package:

£26,000 basic salary (£12.50 per hour) + £150 - £400 monthly bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch) – no weekends!
