Automotive, Workshop, Aftersales & Customer ServiceThe Role:
We are recruiting on the behalf of a business, based in Portsmouth. Seeking to add an experienced Service Administrator to their team. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities and Requirements of a Service Administrator:
Execute all necessary administrative tasks for servicing, MOTs, or vehicle repairs.
Generate and organise job cards.
Prepare and issue invoices.
Act as a liaison between the service department, workshop, and customers at every stage of the process.
Perform stocktaking for parts.
Experience using systems such as 1Link/Pinnacle advantageous.
The Package:
Salary: £26,460 + £6,000 OTE + Additional bonus on top of this!!!
**Additional bonus on all service plans & dataplug add on’s sold**
Hours: Monday to Friday [07:30am - 17:30pm] Plus Saturday morning rota.
