Senior Service Advisor - Hedge End

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently supporting a leading client of ours, with the hire of an experienced Senior Service Advisor, tasked with leading a team of five service advisors, this is a superb progression opportunity for an accomplished service advisor seeking that next step.

Responsibilities:

Our ideal Senior Service Advisor will be responsible for the following:

Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.

Offer support and strong management to the wider service team.

Assist in supporting the Aftersales Manager in the day to day running of the service operations, ensuring the key targets of the franchise are achieved.

The Package: 

Starting salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (experience dependent)

Bonus provided

Monday to Friday 08:00am - 18:00pm (with 1 hour for lunch)

Saturday’s 1-3 – 08:00am – 12:30pm

28 days’ holiday to include Bank Holidays
