Silcom Recruitment are currently on the lookout for an experienced Sales Administrator for a client of ours based at their multi brand site in Redditch.

Motor trade Sales Admin and Kerridge experience is essential!!
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Administrator:
Managing and processing sales orders for vehicles and related products.
Liaising with customers to handle inquiries, quotes, and sales negotiations.
Coordinating vehicle deliveries and ensuring timely shipments.
Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
Supporting sales teams with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports and presentations.
Handling documentation related to vehicle registrations, warranties, and finance agreements.
Collaborating with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints efficiently.
The Package:
Basic Salary: £30,000 Basic Salary!!!
Monday to Friday hours - 40 hours per week [Flexible start and finish times]!!
