





The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join a well-established, high-performing automotive business based in Swindon.
This is a rare chance to join a thriving and customer-focused business with an excellent local reputation and a high-volume used car operation. You’ll be joining a dynamic team where delivering exceptional customer service is just as important as hitting your sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engaging with customers both in-person and digitally to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle options
Managing the entire sales process from enquiry to handover
Upselling relevant add-ons including finance and insurance products
Maintaining accurate records and adhering to FCA compliance
Achieving individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment
About You:
Proven track record in car sales, ideally within the used car marketStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapport and offer a first-class buying experienceEnthusiastic, target-driven, and team-focusedFull UK driving licence required
Package:
£26,000 basic salary with a realistic £45,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm | Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm | Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Day off during the week | Weekend rota with one full weekend off per month
