




The Role:
Our client, a dynamic and high-performing new and used car sales establishment, currently seeks an experienced and driven Customer Service professional, to help drive their New Car Sales operation. The role will be working within a very busy and growing team, based in a premium dealership in the West London area.
Working with a prestigious brand in a modern, high-end showroom environment, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through an exceptional buying experience, for new cars. You’ll be part of a supportive and top-performing team that puts customer service and professionalism at the heart of everything they do.
No hard sell, just ensuring a superb customer experience and journey.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Welcome and engage customers both in the showroom and on the forecourt.
Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable vehicles.
Offer clear, informative guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and warranties.
Conduct engaging test drives to showcase vehicle performance and comfort.
Handle negotiations, finance options, and sale terms.
Build long-term customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
A full, valid UK driver’s licence is required.
Package:
£23,000 Starting Salary.
£45,000 - £55,000 On Target Earnings.
£4,800 Company Car Allowance.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 - 6:00 – Dedicated day off in the week. One late shift per week, until 7:00pm.
Saturday 8:45 – 5:00
Sunday 11:00-5:00 – Rota’d Saturdays & Sundays off.
