Used Car Sales Executive - Outskirts of Poole

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join an established, independently run and owned used car sales establishment, based around the outskirts of Poole.

Our client is offering a chance to join a progressive, high paying environment – where the realistic on target earnings exceed £65,000!!

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.

Promote and sell quality used vehicles while meeting monthly sales targets.

Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.

Negotiate deals effectively to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s stock, pricing, and finance options.

The Package:

£21,000 Basic – £65,000 - £70,000+ OTE

Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 6:00pm – Day off in the week.

Saturday – 8:30am – 5:00pm

1 in 2 Sundays – 10:00am – 4:00pm
