Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for a motor trade experienced Sales Manager, to work as a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager for an established, main dealership group. Our client is located in Basingstoke, and also represent a household name.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead, motivate and develop the Commercial Vehicle Sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, fleet operators and key commercial customers to generate new and repeat business.
Drive profitability by maximising new and used commercial vehicle sales, finance penetration and value-added products.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting and stock levels to ensure business objectives and manufacturer standards are achieved.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring full compliance with manufacturer processes and FCA regulations.
The Package:
£45,000 Basic – £70,000+ On Target Earnings Potential!!
Five Day Working Week -
Monday to Friday – 8:30 - 6:00 (Day off in the week).
Saturday – One in four – 8:30-5:00
No Sundays - Five-Day week
