Sales Administrator - Bath

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a New & Used car dealership business based around the outskirts of Bath. Our client has an immediate requirement for an experienced car sales administrator to join their business, this is a superb opportunity to join an established business, offering fantastic company benefits.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following: 

Responsibilities:

New & used car sales administration - Covering two sites

HPI vehicles

Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.

Tax vehicles and complete V5

Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month

Liaising with Sales Managers

Requirements:

Current or previous motor trade experience in a Sales Administration position is essential for this role.

Current or previous experience using Kerridge or a similar package is beneficial.

The Package:

£19,000 - £20,000 Basic salary. Depending on experience.

Car purchase scheme

22 days holiday rising after 2 years

Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm with 30 minutes for lunch
