The Role:
The Silcom Recruitment team are currently working with a large automotive business to gather new and competent Parts Sales Advisor in the Salisbury area.
Our client is open to meeting esteemed Parts Sales Advisor and other motor trade professionals as well as qualified service/sales/telesales people from other prestigious backgrounds. Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Sales Advisor:
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Inbound/outbound telephone experience highly desired
Meeting, greeting and liaising with customers coming to the department
Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments
Managing parts stock
Providing quotations
Excellent customer service skills required
Knowledge and experience of the motor trade highly favoured
Package:
£25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary + Strong Bonus!!
Hours: (8:00am-5:30pm) Monday to Friday | 1-in-4 Saturday's (8:00am-12:30pm)
