The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are actively seeking experienced, confident new Parts Advisors to join our premium client at their established dealership setup based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

[Current motor trade service / parts experience preferred but not essential]
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department
Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments
Managing parts stock and taking inventory
Providing quotations to clients both in person and over the phone
Excellent customer service skills required
Knowledge and experience of car parts and warehouse/stockroom sourcing
Automotive system experience highly desired
Package:
Salary: £24,000 to £27,000 Basic (experience dependant)
+ Bonuses | OTE: £30,000+ per annum!!!
Hours: [Full-Time] Monday–Friday (8:00am – 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch)
And 1-in-2 Saturdays (8:00am – 1:00pm)
