Parts Advisor - Poole

The Role:

One of our top clients at Silcom Recruitment have given us the opportunity to assist them in their search for an experienced Parts Advisor to join an established team based in Poole.

This vacancy is a great opportunity to join a large and well-founded group of industry professionals, to help develop your skills and flourish.

To join this expert team, you should be able to handle the following:

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction 

Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department

Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments

Managing parts stock and taking inventory

Providing quotations to clients both in person and over the phone

Excellent customer service skills required

Knowledge and experience of car parts

**Kerridge or Keyloop experience highly desired**

Package:

£23,000 to £26,000 Basic Salary

Including a great Bonus structure – OTE £32,000 Uncapped

Monday – Friday / 8:00am - 6:00pm – 1-hour lunch

1-in-2 Saturdays / 8:30am - 12:30pm
