The Role:

Are you enthusiastic about customer service and ready to advance your career? We are searching for a Parts Advisor to join our client, a family-run dealership group located on the outskirts of Oxford. This growing company is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and delivering outstanding service to its customers. While prior experience in the motor trade is advantageous, it is not required.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their parts needs.

Identify, source, and order automotive parts and accessories, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Provide advice and information on parts compatibility, service procedures, and vehicle maintenance.

Promote and upsell additional parts, aiming to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring stock levels are adequate and managing returns or exchanges as needed.

Package:

Basic Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 [depending on experience] + Bonus!!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] & (1-in-2) Saturdays [8:00am – 12:00pm]!!
