Parts Advisor - Bristol

The Role:

We are currently searching for an experienced automotive Parts Advisor to join a reputable, loyal client of ours at their pristine main dealership based along the outskirts of Swindon. They have been awarded ‘Best Dealer Group of the Year’ for six consecutive years and crowned ‘Retailer of the Year’ in 2024.

The ideal candidate should have a background in the automotive industry. However, exceptional candidates without an automotive background will be considered.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Parts Advisor:

You will be responsible for selling parts aftersales services and ensuring their successful delivery to our valued customers.

Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department.

Managing parts stock.

Liasing with the workshop to understand work in progress and updating customers.

Providing quotations.

Getting authorisation for additional work and resolving all queries to customers high satisfaction.

Working in a small, close knit team you will be tasked with providing a quality service.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £27,000 with £34,000 OTE!!

Monday to Friday [8:00am - 5:30pm]

Saturday morning on rota [8:00am - 12:30pm]
