





The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader seeking a rewarding role with a top brand in a plush dealership environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a motivated team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding the highest professional standards.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Oversee day to day sales operations, ensuring processes are followed and performance is maximised.
Implement effective sales strategies to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs, set objectives, and report performance to senior management.
Support team development through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with FCA and industry regulations at all times.
Current/ previous experience as a Sales Manager is essential.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills are required.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a track record of achieving targets.
The Package:
£40,000 basic salary.
£60,000+ uncapped OTE

Company benefits package
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with a day off during the week, and Sundays on a rota (typically 1 per month).
