Product Genius - Reading

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a high-performing main dealership, based in Reading, seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Genius / Trainee Sales Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Deliver an exceptional customer experience, assisting customers throughout their vehicle purchase journey.

Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s vehicles, technology, and features to confidently present them to customers.

Support the sales team with vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and customer enquiries.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and informative approach to all customer interactions.

Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for the motor trade, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Full UK driving licence required.

The Package:

£28,571.40 Basic Salary + performance bonuses as you progress through the training program. 

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
Sunday – 1 in 4 (11:00am to 4:00pm)
Day off during the week.
